This directory is edited and maintained by one person. Me, the person behind ciuly.com and all its web-proiects. So, a big number of pending links does not imply that approval is halted (I might go on vacation though). Update(03.04.2008): I solved the rDNS issue for my server IP address. This is no longer an issue so all emails should arrive fine.
